When you add a phone number to your Crescent card profile, we collect that number for the sole purpose of sending you SMS notifications related to your account and card activity.

How We Use Your Phone Number

We use your phone number to send transactional SMS messages including purchase notifications, receipt collection requests, fraud alerts, and customer support messages. We do not use your phone number for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share it with our SMS service providers (such as Twilio) solely to deliver messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

Data Retention

We retain your phone number for as long as your Crescent account is active. You may request deletion by contacting support@crescent.app.
