The Program

Crescent Financial operates an SMS notification program for cardholders. Messages include purchase alerts, receipt collection requests, fraud alerts, and customer care communications.

How You Opt In

By adding your phone number to your Crescent card profile in the app, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your card activity and account.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive multiple messages per day during periods of high card usage.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of non-essential messages. Note that essential transactional alerts — including purchase notifications and fraud alerts — will continue to be delivered as required under your Crescent cardholder agreement.

Changes to These Terms
